Seasonal Sales Associate What will you do? Engage customers with personalized, authentic interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools. Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 0–1 year of relevant retail or customer‑service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with a diverse group of customers. Team‑work and adaptability to changing business needs. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight.
