Mountain Park, a dedicated senior living community in Clackamas, OR, is seeking a compassionate and skilled swing shift caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them live each day with dignity and joy. Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities
• Monitor residents' comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately
• Report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the caregiver coordinator or executive director
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements
• Engage with residents in activities and provide emotional support

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly valued
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
