Registered Nurse (RN)

Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, IN . The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care under the medical direction of the resident’s attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Our nursing team is committed to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Shifts Available: Full Time 6p-6a Rate: Negotiable RN Job Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care with compassion, skill, and professionalism. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team. Coordinate care with CNAs and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and services. Interact respectfully with residents, families, and staff while promoting dignity and well-being. Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols. RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Must be 18 years of age or older . Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
