Financial Systems Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly financial consolidation by loading data preparing journal entries and reconciling results across entities.
• Maintain and develop financial reports and dashboards while supporting accurate and timely reporting.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting by updating input templates and coordinating data submissions.
• Manage system administration tasks including security maintenance process documentation and end user training.
• Partner with finance accounting and information technology teams to support integrations troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability.

• A Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance accounting or financial systems support.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve variances.
• Use Excel at an advanced level and work comfortably within enterprise planning or reporting platforms.
• Communicate clearly collaborate effectively and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Maintain and reconcile planning system data to general ledger balances across operating entities.
• Support system optimization efforts by identifying efficiency opportunities and streamlining financial processes.
• Work with planning and reporting tools to create maintain and enhance reports templates and workflows.
• Demonstrate a proactive solution oriented mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
• Bring experience with financial planning systems system integrations or additional ERP platforms considered beneficial.
