Details Outpatient clinic setting with dedicated 1-on-1 patient care focused on high-risk individuals Manageable caseload of 8 to 10 patients per day Monday to Friday day shift, 8am to 5pm, no weekend requirement Floats approximately 50/50 between two nearby locations about 5 miles apart Built-in documentation time to support work-life balance Uses Elation EMR system Requirements DPT degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program Active license by the Arizona Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, or the ability to obtain one required if applicable Current BLS certification required Minimum 6 months of outpatient experience required SNF or geriatrics experience a plus Must be fluent in Spanish Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups Knowledge of computer-based EMR systems and Microsoft Office required Additional Information Supportive and collaborative team environment where contributions are valued Scrubs provided or wear black Accepts local candidates at the same rate Potential for the travel assignment to convert to a permanent hire if mutually agreed upon Interview availability should be provided for Tuesdays or Fridays American Traveler Job ID P-683311.
