Tippecanoe County Public Library seeks a skilled manager to joinour public library system and our commitment to achieving our vision for over 150,000 area residents! We will hire a dedicated, service-oriented manager with a commitment to neighborhood library service. Supervise M.L.S. and support staff as you develop programs and services at the Wea Prairie Branch Library. The successful candidate will have seasoned practical problem-solving skills, the ability to make independent decisions and strong interpersonal, people and communications skills. Expertise in community engagement is highly desirable. Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience in a public library or any equivalent combination of training and experience is preferred. ALA accredited MLS required. Starting salary is $56,000-$63,000/year. TCPL has an excellent benefits package.
