Order Fulfillment Associate Part Time

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, using handheld scanners to verify counts, moving goods to staging areas, and supporting digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Responsibilities Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using a handheld RF scanner to verify and record inventory. Move merchandise from the sales floor to staging areas and communicate any inventory or equipment issues. Communicate with the club team when replenishment or reserve pulls are needed. Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators. Operate within established SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, reflecting operational efficiencies and productivity standards. Pack orders securely according to standard operating procedures. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized SFC area, performing general housekeeping and handling damaged or spoiled goods per SOPs. Process returns and determine appropriate handling via DDR or Membership desk. Adhere to all club policies, procedures, dress code, and safety standards. Meet OMNI productivity expectations, including service level agreements and performance metrics. Perform additional duties as assigned, including assignments in other departments. Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance. Qualifications Previous order pulling experience preferred. Experience in big‑box or wholesale retail preferred. RF scanner proficiency preferred. Job Conditions Work involves continuous movement on hard surfaces, frequent bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds, with occasional need for assistance for heavier items. May involve exposure to loud machinery and temperature extremes when handling refrigerated orders. Possible occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents. Pay Range: $18.25 – $21.90 per hour (in accordance with Pay Transparency requirements). #J-18808-Ljbffr
