Community Therapist

Lad Lake Inc seeks a part-time Community Therapist to provide trauma-informed counseling to at-risk youth and their families in community and home settings. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy focused on stabilization, coping skills, and life success. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and case managers, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in ongoing training. This position offers meaningful impact, strong teamwork, and opportunities to grow in youth-focused mental health care.
