Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Leading a team of QA Analysts in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Quality Assurance Manager will drive high-quality software delivery, enhance testing efficiency through automation and AI, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning Own the execution of testing activities, ensuring appropriate test coverage and quality standards are met before production deployment Champion the adoption of AI tools to improve QA processes, productivity, and testing quality across multiple projects Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field 7-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with 5+ years in a leadership role Proven experience with manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications Strong proficiency in using AI tools to enhance software testing and productivity Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and a solid understanding of Agile practices
