What You'll Do

As Director of Nursing, you will play a vital leadership role in overseeing all nursing operations and ensuring the highest standards of care throughout the center.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff
• Ensuring quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes
• Overseeing staffing, regulatory compliance, and clinical programs
• Collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
• Driving quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness

What We're Looking For

• Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience
• Prior supervisory or nursing leadership experience
• Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
• Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing preferred
