Surgical Technician

Responsibilities Assist the surgeon and clinical team before, during, and after surgical procedures. Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient operating room environment. Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures. Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the surgical experience. Educate patients and confidently discuss procedures with professionalism and compassion. Utilize strong communication and sales skills to help patients feel informed and comfortable with their treatment plans. Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with front office responsibilities when not in the OR. Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Effectively multitask and adapt to the daily needs of the practice. Qualifications Surgical Technologist experience required. Experience working in an ambulatory surgery center or surgical practice required. Cosmetic surgery experience is highly preferred. Experience assisting physicians performing liposuction procedures is a strong plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
