Compensation Package Base Salary : $50,000 for entry-level candidates; $60,000–$70,000 for experienced candidates (negotiable based on experience and performance). Commissions : Competitive commission structure, with potential for higher earnings on new business to support book growth. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance. Responsibilities Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including warm leads from bank partnerships, cold calling, and tools such as Zywave and MyEdge. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored employee benefits solutions to meet their needs. Manage a mix of new and renewal business, with a focus on driving new revenue (approximately 40% new business, 30% renewals, negotiable based on experience). Utilize internal systems, including EPIC, Zywave, proprietary software, and the bank CRM, to manage client accounts and track sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to seasoned producers. Candidates with a proven ability to generate $100,000+ in annual revenue are highly desirable. Skills : Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset. Technology : Familiarity with EPIC, Zywave, and CRM systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
