Position Summary The Enrollment Marketing Specialist is responsible for preparing and deploying marketing campaigns for the Enrollment division, primarily for the Office of Admission and Financial Aid Office, in partnership with other campus offices. The specialist ensures that all campaign properties—digital, social media, print, landing pages—deliver on time and are consistent with Le Moyne’s brand. Principal Duties and Essential Functions Prepare, deploy, and review a range of digital communications and assets, including email, SMS, website content, landing pages, portals, multimedia content, and digital advertisements. Coordinate creation, printing, mailing, and tracking of limited traditional marketing publications. Ensure overlapping campaigns deploy on time and match the brand. Collaborate with departments throughout the College to develop campaign content. Develop marketing campaign reports and monitor effectiveness. Review campaign data and advise on optimization opportunities. Work closely with Enrollment Operations to maintain data integrity standards. Maintain high‑quality communications and campaign components. Assist in developing new marketing efforts. Preferred: 2+ years experience in higher education or agency marketing. Familiarity with CRM and/or marketing automation systems, email marketing, and HTML; CSS a plus; Slate experience preferred. Experience developing website content for a business or organization. Experience creating marketing campaigns, including planning, strategy, timelines, and writing. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and initiative‑driven. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Multitasking ability and independent work across multiple projects; creative thinker. Customer‑service oriented personality. Ability to maintain collaborative relationships internally and externally.
