You will collaborate with associate teams to meet club and member expectations. Key Responsibilities Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, provide customer service, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage. Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment and back-room operations; process meat to specification (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping); uphold food-safety standards, sanitation guidelines and inventory management; maintain and sanitize equipment. Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions and training; adopt new tools and train others. Owner: Drive business results, plan for profitability, maintain a compliant work area, secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise, assist members with purchasing decisions, ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage. Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high-quality service, train associates, recognize contributions, mentor, and help remove roadblocks. Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy; implement related action plans. Prioritize work using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, and partners; determine and recommend improvements. Compensation Hourly wage: $23.00 to $31.00* (actual rate will equal or exceed minimum wage for location). Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Minimum Qualifications At least 6 months experience in a fresh production department. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to complete required trainings and assessments in a timely manner.
