Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school or healthcare settings
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Offer direct intervention services to students, both individually and in groups
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all federal, state, and school policies
• Participate in eligibility, review, and IEP meetings as needed
• Engage with teachers and families to support student progress and carryover of therapy strategies
