Job Title: Level II Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Neuromusculoskeletal Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Med Surg experience required License: Registered Nurse License (New York only) Certifications: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association only) Must-Have: Telemetry experience, NIHSS certification Description: The Level II Registered Nurse is accountable for provision of competent care based on established standards. This role includes clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice. The Level II Registered Nurse assumes expanded responsibilities, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member roles. Telemetry experience is required. Candidates must possess a Client RN license and American Heart Association BLS certification. NIHSS certification is also required.
