Hotel Front Desk Agent

Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front desk agent to oversee our hotel front desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills to lead hotel operation effectively. Duties - Manage day-to-day hotel front desk operations, including guest services, - Maintain high standards of quality and service to meet guest expectations - Handle guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Utilize knowledge of phone systems and reservation software to optimize hotel bookings - Oversee the overall resort activities and ensure a seamless guest experience - They have previous hospitality experience previous supervisory experience and excellent reliability and organizational skills - The Hotel Front desk agent ensures that all policies and procedures are followed to uphold company standards including PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Require to interview , hire and train the new staff as needed - Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and security - Other Duties as Assigned Fills in for any vacant shifts as needed including front desk or breakfast Assists with sales and marketing. Experience: SKILLS EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry Previous experience as a Hotel front desk is required Ability to work independently, Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times Must be able to climb stairs unassisted Ability to perform physical tasks including front desk area cleaning ,minor maintenance or other duties when needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20-$23 Expected hours: 20-40 per week Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Holidays Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: Lake George, NY 12845 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Lake George, NY 12845: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person \nCompany Description Mohican Resort motel Company Description Mohican Resort motel
