Operating Room (OR) registered nurses and surgical technologists are needed for an assignment at a healthcare facility located in Arlington, Texas. This position involves providing perioperative care in a busy operating suite, supporting orthopedic and trauma procedures, and ensuring patient safety during surgical interventions. The role requires flexibility to handle calls and holiday coverage as part of the units operational needs.

Job Details:

• Location: Arlington, Texas

• Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license must be included in the submission packet
  • 2 years of relevant experience in operating room environments, specifically in orthopedic and trauma procedures
  • Ability to work during day shifts, including taking calls 4-6 times a month, and be available for upcoming holidays
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with orthopedic and trauma surgeries
  • Certification in Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with ortho and trauma experience
• Additional Information:
  • Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possess a positive personality fit for the operating room team.
  • The unit maintains specific dress code policies and may have additional policies and guidelines attached.
