Job Description As an Applebee’s Server, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard but have a great time doing it. Key Responsibilities You will provide excellent service, handle orders and payment accurately, maintain a clean and inviting environment, and follow all safety and sanitation protocols. Qualifications You must be at least 18 years old, be able to effectively communicate with others, and be committed to making an impact. You must also be reliable, flexible with scheduling, and able to work as part of a team. Compensation & Benefits Applebee’s® Server’s start at minimum wage, plus the opportunity to earn tips. Competitive wages, daily pay (not available in California), healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and paid sick leave are also offered. Physical Standards Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds. Must handle plate and basket transport up to 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly, use protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, wash hands frequently with disinfectant soap, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies.
