• Outpatient Focus: This position is primarily centered on outpatient care, with opportunities for inpatient consultations and possible involvement in surgical procedures.
• Comprehensive Support: Enjoy benefits such as continuing medical education (CME) time and stipend, coverage for licensure costs, and a dedicated support team including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
• Work-Life Balance: This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with no weekend shifts, options for telehealth consultations, and NO ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS.

• Certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Prior experience in Urology is preferred.
• Capability to conduct independent clinical activities.
• Must possess Massachusetts licensure by the date of hire.
