Job Title and Location Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) – EZCORP, 2601 Sam Houston, Huntsville, Texas 77340 Job Summary Drive customer service excellence, supervise the team, manage pawn transactions, and develop leadership skills in a fast‑paced retail environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers. Promote sales, negotiate terms, and close pawn transactions. Process loans, extensions, and inventory adjustments. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise, coach, and develop store Team Members. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory or key holder experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer‑focus skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented with strong time‑management and prioritization. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
