Accounts Payable Clerk

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Accounts Payable Clerk will manage the timely processing of accounts payable and expense transactions while working remotely across various Canadian provinces. Key responsibilities Process accounts payable and expense transactions accurately and on time Ensure all claims are mathematically correct and have the necessary approvals Respond to supplier and employee inquiries in a polite and timely manner Required qualifications Post-secondary education in business/accounting or 2+ years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with accounting software such as Great Plains, Sage500, or similar Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong teamwork skills and a focus on accuracy
