It is known for innovation, recyclable packaging solutions, and a strong commitment to sustainability, with the Altavista facility recently receiving a $20 million modernization investment to support future growth!Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Quality Control Inspectors Details:Temporary position$14.00 to $15.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Sunday through Saturday)Assemble plastic containers and packaging products on a fast-paced production line.Inspect products for quality defects and ensure they meet production standards.Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production.Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements, including PPE usage.Support machine operators and assist with general production tasks to maintain efficient operations.Quality Control Inspectors Qualifications:Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred, but entry-level candidates may be considered.Ability to work a 12-hour shift (7a-7p or 7p-7a), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive production tasks.Must be able to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, hair nets, and safety shoes.Strong attention to detail for inspecting products, maintaining quality standards, and following work instructions.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
