Project Quality Lead (PQL)

Airswift is looking for a Project Quality Lead (PQL) to work for a major O&G company in Channahon, Illinois, for an initial 12-months assignment. Required Experience Experience leading project quality management activities across a project environment. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining a Project Quality Management System. Experience coordinating quality audit programmes, surveillance programmes, and quality reporting processes. Experience working across multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, construction, operations, and project management. Experience identifying, reporting, and resolving non-conformances and quality issues. Required Skills Ability to develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, control procedures, and procurement and construction surveillance programmes. Ability to coordinate development of engineering surveillance programmes and surveillance tools for specific work scopes. Strong capability in establishing and implementing quality reporting, metrics, and scorecard programmes. Effective stakeholder coordination skills to maintain interfaces with project management and other disciplines on quality matters. Ability to support interfacing documents such as training plans, MOC plans, organisation plans, and execution of the quality management system. #J-18808-Ljbffr Airswift
