LICSW, LMHC – Clinical Supervisor SUD Residential | Adult Males | Leadership Opportunity Full-time, Permanent | Onsite, Flexible Schedule $95K–$105K + $5K Bonus (6 Months) Natick, MA 01760 HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LICSW or LMHC) to oversee one 22-bed residential recovery home serving adult males. This is a contained leadership role with direct oversight of a small team and full responsibility for daily operations, programming, and clinical quality. The program supports Medicaid patients stepping down to outpatient care and provides access to MAT services. Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities: Lead daily operations of one 22-bed residential SUD home Oversee 2 clinicians and 2 case managers Manage admissions, programming, and clinical oversight Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Track key metrics including census and staffing Collaborate with Program Director and medical team (NPs, LPNs, Recovery Staff) Participate in leadership and clinical meetings On-call rotation one week per month Clinical Supervisor Requirements: LICSW or LMHC (active license required) Master’s Degree in related field 2+ years experience in SUD / co-occurring disorders Prior supervisory or leadership experience Ability to work onsite in Natick, MA Clinical Supervisor Compensation: $95,000–$105,000 base $5,000 bonus at 6 months Annual increases Health, Dental, Vision PTO and Paid Holidays EAP, STD, Life Insurance Professional growth within a stable, expanding organization Located in Middlesex County with access to Framingham, Boston, Ashland, and Southborough.
