Role Description The Front of House Team Member is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbus, GA, focused on delivering friendly, efficient service to guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders at the counter or drive-thru, accurately processing payments, and ensuring food is served quickly and correctly. Team Members help maintain a clean and organized dining area, restock supplies, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. This role also involves communicating clearly with kitchen and other front-of-house team members, assisting with guest inquiries, and resolving concerns in a professional manner. Front of House Team Members are expected to follow restaurant procedures, support team goals, and embody Chick-fil-A's hospitality standards during every shift. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Interpersonal Skills and Interpersonal Communication abilities to work effectively with guests and team members. Clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to support basic Presentations or guest interactions when needed. Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Reliability in maintaining scheduled hours, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Team-oriented mindset, with willingness to learn, take direction, and support others. Basic math and cash-handling skills; prior experience in food service or retail is helpful but not required.
