Residential Aide/Direct Support Professional (DSP) $20+/hr

Residential Aides – Mental Health Adult Population, Monmouth County Delta‑T Group is seeking Residential Aides to support the Mental Health Adult Population in Monmouth County. Client’s Available Hours Mon‑Fri 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Location: Long Branch, NJ Compensation: $20.00+ per hour Summary of Client’s Description of This Opportunity Provide support that will enhance individuals’ quality of life. Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management. Assist with and teach independent living skills. Assist with activities of daily living and personal self‑care such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing. Accompany participants to various community activities. Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensures a healthy living environment for participants. Client’s Required Skills & Experience Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent. Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks. Preventing Abuse and Neglect, Medication Training, CPR / FA, TB/Physical. Drug screen required within 30 days. CARI clearance required to move forward. Valid Driver’s License & at least 21yr. old. Need to complete extra CDS trainings.
