What We're Looking For Active Indiana Real Estate License (also licensed in Michigan is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven. Comfortable using CRMs, digital marketing tools, and real estate technology. Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
