Experienced nanny needed for a family in New Orleans, LA.

Care for 12 month old and occasionally 3 & 5 year old. If you're ready to pack in all the cool crafts, water play and dreamy memory making from the childhood you wished you'd had, this job's for you! Mother will be working from home on the computer and should not be expected to help - you will run the schedule! The 12 month old will need to be cared for, fed, engaged with, challenged on appropriate milestones and activities, and put down for a nap on a predictable schedule. When summer camps are out during certain holidays, closures as planned or illnesses when present, the 3 and 4 year old will need to be integrated into the care and schedule. Competitive pay will increase for days when older siblings are present. The candidate will enjoy the connection and engagement they have with each age group and be prepared to lead the children through their schedules, ensuring mom is able to complete her work. Personal phone usage and disengaged "child watch" is not the style of care we are looking for. When time allows and where appropriate, the candidate will be expected to tidy relating to kids lunch and snacks including cleaning dishes, and tidying toys and cleaning up after activities. Candidate will be comfortable with nanny cams, provide 3 references and be CPR certified. If required to drive, will have a clean driving record.
