Job Description As a Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol in Saint Louis, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Daytime Wed 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Thu 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Fri 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sat 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sun 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, to help deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or security-related concerns. Support opening and closing activities, assist with crowd and queue observation during busy periods, and provide visible presence to help deter disruptions or unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
