Dates: July 30, Sept 21-25, Oct 28-30 Schedule: Mon-Thur 8a-5p, Fri 8a-3p Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour Clinical Scope Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Comprehensive treatment planning Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment. Support Staff 2 Hygienists, 3 DAs Requirements Active Michigan dental license Active DEA with all schedules CSR if required by the state Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred Employment Type: Full Time
