Shift Details:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3*12)
• Must be available to work various days of the week
• (2) 24-hour call shifts in an 8-week period
• Minimum every other weekend required
• Minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays required

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Active Georgia RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• TNCC Certification (or obtain within the required timeframe)
• Strong Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Manage emergency and high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards
