Days Job Summary The Pediatric Specialty Clinic seeks a Nurse Manager/Ambulatory/ UKHC to direct clinical nursing operations for the Pediatric Specialty Clinic. This position will support all nursing staff within the Pediatric Specialty Clinic and its divisions, including but not limited to, recruitment, training, patient care, competencies, and professional development. This position will work directly with the practice manager and ambulatory nursing director for practice and clinical improvements and nursing initiatives. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN, hold a BSN , and have leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have efficient skills in Microsoft 365 (Office) and EPIC . Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
