Senior Sales Executive – AV Events Production & Staging

Disney, Microsoft, Marvel, National Governments, Healthcare, Pharma, Banking/Finance).

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive (Hunter) to grow new business and manage client relationships within the events industry. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on selling technical production solutions, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth. There are no territories, national and international clients are on the books, and OTE is a minimum of $250k. The current top sales executive earned $900k.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts
• Partner with production and operations teams to create effective client solutions and proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM updates.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Travel up to 50% for client meetings and events, including occasional international travel.

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably withi n Pro AV rental, staging, live events, or technical production servic es.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling technical solutions and working with production teams.
• CRM experience (HubSpot or similar preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to Have:

• Existing relationships with corporate meeting planners, event producers, associations, or large clients.
• Experience selling into conventions, entertainment events, or large-scale productions. xhyhwjd
• Knowledge of AV production terminology, including LED walls, staging, rigging, broadcast, and lighting.
