Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time
High-Priority Locations: Somers, Mohegan Lake, Pleasantville, Yorktown Heights, Hawthorne - NY

Join our dedicated team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals, engaging with their communities, and building fulfilling lives.
What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities: hygiene, grooming, mealtimes, and personal care
- Encourage and assist with community involvement, recreational activities, and social engagement
- Follow individualized care and behavior plans developed by clinical teams
- Support medication administration under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License (NY, NJ, CT required)
- Basic computer literacy (for documentation and reporting)
- Experience with the I/DD population is a plus - but not required (we offer full training!)
