Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time

High-Priority Locations: Somers, Mohegan Lake, Pleasantville, Yorktown Heights, Hawthorne - NY

Join our dedicated team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals, engaging with their communities, and building fulfilling lives.

What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities: hygiene, grooming, mealtimes, and personal care
Encourage and assist with community involvement, recreational activities, and social engagement
Follow individualized care and behavior plans developed by clinical teams
Support medication administration under RN supervision
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License (NY, NJ, CT required)
Basic computer literacy (for documentation and reporting)
Experience with the I/DD population is a plus - but not required (we offer full training!)
