Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, coordinating activities, representing brands, and contributing to team sales goals. Responsibilities * Assist with planning and executing promotional events. * Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers. * Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. * Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. * Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities. * Support individual and team sales goals during events. * Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. * Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. * Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable interacting with customers in person. * Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. * Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
