Partner Sales Executive

Employer Industry: Fintech Solutions Why consider this job opportunity On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $120,000+ Base Salary starting at $40,000+ Monthly and quarterly bonuses for exceeding sales goals Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage Opportunities for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible remote work option available Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned financial institution (FI) partners, including branch teams and executives Educate and train FI teams on Genius® and Global Payments’ suite of software and payment solutions Conduct consultative sales presentations and live product demos for merchants Partner with FI branches to identify, qualify, and close new merchant accounts Use CRM platforms like Atlas and Salesforce to manage pipeline activity and track performance Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time Must reside within the geographic area of the job posting Proven experience in relationship-driven B2B sales, preferably in fintech or financial services Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred) Two or more years of relevant B2B, fintech, or financial services sales experience Familiarity with banking, POS, or merchant services industries is a plus Skilled in pipeline management and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Atlas High sense of urgency and self-motivation; comfortable working independently in the field #Fintech #SalesExecutive #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #B2BSales We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
