What you'll do Wendy’s Shift Supervisor – Lead the Way! Shift Supervisors play a critical role in our restaurant leadership team. Working closely with restaurant management, you’ll help lead and train the crew to exceed customer expectations, ensure great results, and create a welcoming environment for both employees and guests.
