AI Voice Director (English)

Responsibilities:

1. Use AI tools such as Seedance to generate dubbing videos for game narratives and NPCs; write precise prompts based on scripts and character settings to guide the AI to output dubbing that aligns with the director's creative intent.
2. Conduct professional review of AI-generated dubbing, including but not limited to evaluating emotion, character distinctiveness, and naturalness of English pronunciation; optimize results through multiple rounds of prompt adjustments.
3. Work closely with the script, art, and motion capture teams to ensure dubbing emotion is highly consistent with character backgrounds, movements, and expressions, maintaining the high-end cinematic quality of the storyline.
4. Coordinate with the tools team on technical details of audio assets, including but not limited to format and segmentation, to ensure compliance with game standards.
5. Build a prompt template library and quality review process to improve overall production efficiency and style consistency.
6. Continuously monitor the latest features of AI tools, proactively explore and optimize the dubbing workflow.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience as a dubbing director, film/TV director, or voice actor director; possess a keen sense of sound aesthetics, precise judgment, and excellent performance direction skills; team management experience is a plus.
2. English listening and pronunciation evaluation skills at a professional working level; ability to precisely control the naturalness, accent, and emotional expression of English dubbing; deep understanding of Western culture and Euro-American aesthetics, especially familiarity with modern American culture such as Los Angeles local culture, dialects, and social class expression habits is preferred.
3. Proficient in using at least one AI video generation platform such as Seedance, with hands-on project experience; able to independently complete the full workflow from prompt writing to video output; deep understanding of the capability boundaries of AI creative tools such as text-to-video and voice cloning is preferred.
4. Ability to quickly master prompt engineering, with experience in optimizing dubbing effects through multiple iterative rounds and solving complex problems; ability to optimize scripts or lines and adjust dialogue and tone based on visual performance is preferred.
5. Experience in game dubbing or audio direction, familiarity with game audio standards and engine integration workflows (e.g., Wwise, UE5, MetaSounds) is preferred.

Salary: 15k-30k RMB (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm (including one-hour break)
