Growth Hacker / Lead Generation Manager Role Summary TapClicks is seeking a Growth Hacker & Lead Generation Manager to own demand generation and build a repeatable lead machine that drives SaaS growth at scale. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Head of Marketing for the right candidate who demonstrates execution excellence and leadership capability. You'll have full ownership of lead generation strategy and execution across all channels, ownership of marketing team coordination, and the opportunity to shape our go-to-market engine as we scale from $25M to $100M+ ARR. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Lead Gen Build the lead generation engine : Design, test, and scale demand gen campaigns across paid, organic, content, and emerging channels Obsess over metrics : Track, analyze, and optimize CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity with data-driven decision-making Run rapid experiments : Test new channels, messaging, landing pages, and targeting with speed—fail fast, scale winners Lead Gen Operations : Manage lead routing, scoring, nurturing flows, and sales handoff processes; own the MQL→SQL funnel Channel diversification : Balance paid (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), organic (SEO, content), ABM, partnerships, and creative/viral growth hacks Modern martech stack : Leverage AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics to multiply your output Management & Team Leadership Lead the marketing function : Manage marketing team contributors (initially small, scaling with growth); set priorities and execute strategy Marketing operations : Own marketing calendar, campaigns, budgets, reporting, and cross-functional alignment with sales and product Hire & develop : Build a high-performing marketing team; interview, onboard, and coach team members Strategic input : Contribute to GTM strategy, messaging, competitive positioning, and product-market fit decisions Pathway to Head of Marketing : If execution and leadership are strong, evolve into full Head of Marketing role by May 2027 What We're Looking For: Must-Haves 3+ years in demand generation or lead gen management (not just execution—you've owned the funnel) Proven lead generation results : You can point to campaigns, channels, or programs you built that generated 100+ qualified leads, drove measurable pipeline, or hit specific growth targets Growth hacker mentality : You think creatively about channels, you test relentlessly, you optimize obsessively, and you share learnings Team leadership experience : You've managed at least one person or owned cross-functional initiatives; you can delegate, hold people accountable, and develop talent SaaS or B2B background : You understand sales cycles, ABM, MQL→SQL workflows, and enterprise/mid-market buying processes Data-driven : You live in spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytics platforms; you make decisions with data, not gut feel AI/automation fluency : You use Claude, ChatGPT, and modern automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) to multiply output—it's table stakes Nice-to-Haves Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Segment, or similar platforms Background in paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) or performance marketing Content marketing or SEO chops (you can brief writers, understand keyword strategy) Previous experience scaling from $10M to $100M+ ARR Started or scaled your own side project or business Why Join TapClicks High leverage : You're not managing brand budgets or top-of-funnel awareness—you're owning the lead gen engine that directly drives revenue Technical product : Our customers are data-driven marketers; you'll work with a product team that understands analytics and measurement Fast growth trajectory : We're in scale mode; your impact compounds as the company grows Management opportunity : This is a genuine pathway to Head of Marketing if you crush execution and develop team leadership Modern stack : You'll work with AI-native tools and automation from day one—no legacy martech nightmares Competitive comp + equity : Competitive salary, bonus tied to lead generation KPIs, and meaningful equity Remote-friendly : Based in [location], with flexibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
