The City of Elgin is seeking a Sanitarian to enforce health codes and ensure public safety. This role requires conducting inspections of food handling establishments and investigating health code violations, including pest management and environmental sanitation. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in environmental health science and have two years of experience in public health.
