Maintenance Manager – Food ManufacturingWe're recruiting a Maintenance Manager for an established food manufacturer in southern Wisconsin. This person will lead a 12-person maintenance team and take ownership of equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, projects and the department budget.The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.What we're looking for:10+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong management responsibilityReal experience managing budgets and making equipment-purchase decisionsStrong electrical, mechanical and hydraulic knowledgeExperience in food, packaging or pharmaceutical manufacturingDairy or cheese manufacturing experience is a plusBachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma requiredInterested?
