Job Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology. Work location: Market - SS - NY - Hempstead, travel up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends not required. Compensation & Benefits $19.00 per hour, next‑day pay on demand via DailyPay. Key Responsibilities Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability updated and accurate. Complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled due dates. Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixtures. Complete necessary forms and surveys for each job. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early morning installations and in team installations of 2+ people, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in and complete training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Qualifications Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as required. Ability to travel up to 90 miles per shift. Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead. Communication: effective via phone, text, and email; smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, and app usage; respond within 24 hours. Education: high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience: prior retail or merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. Technology: own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms. Training: complete all assignments and tasks within designated time frame. Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance. Leadership & communication: professional conduct, strong presentation skills, decision‑making, problem‑solving.
