Headquartered in San Jose, California, we operate worldwide through a network of R&D, manufacturing, and sales locations.Senior Manager, Data Engineering Responsibility Architect and implement scalable cloud-based lakehouse/warehouse solutions(Databricks/AWS)Design and optimize existing and future enterprise data modelsBuild and maintain high-performance batch and real-time data pipelines (ETL/ELT, streaming)Implement effective data quality frameworks and monitoringEstablish CI/CD pipelines and DataOps best practices for automated and secure deploymentImplement data governance standards including cataloging, lineage, and metadata managementDesign strong security controls and access managementBuild the foundation for AI, automation, and advanced analytics initiativesLead and mentor a team of data engineers, setting technical standards and engineering best practicesChampion a culture of data excellence, accountability, and continuous innovationQualifications:10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields5+ years leading and developing technical teamsDeep expertise in SQL, cloud data platform and distributed data processing frameworksHands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Alteryx and InformaticaStrong understanding of data modeling (dimensional modeling and semantic layers)Experience with orchestration tools and data pipeline automationProven ability to build scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise data solutionsStrong communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally.Pay Range:P70-USA-1 :$134,750.00 - $192,500.00Disclaimer:Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
