Maintenance Technician

Join a growing distillery operation where you'll play a hands-on role in keeping equipment, facilities, and grounds running safely and efficiently. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support daily maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and help maximize equipment uptime across the site. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of systems while contributing to continuous improvement and operational success.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and site grounds.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and work to minimize downtime and maintain reliable operations.
• Support facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and general maintenance activities.
• Communicate equipment concerns and maintenance needs to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, facilities maintenance, or related environment.

Preferred

• Experience maintaining production, processing, or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in a food and beverage, distillery, or other industrial manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and work around industrial equipment for extended periods.
