Position Highlights:

• Physician-led hospital
• Independent anesthesia practice (no CRNA supervision).
• Favorable Call Schedule:35 call days annually; 4 call lines (OB, Cardiology, Primary, Secondary). OB call is light (700 deliveries/year). All call is from home with a 30-minute response time.
• Collaborative,physician-ledcall scheduling.Compensation & Benefits:
  • Million Dollar Earning Potential
  • Sign-On Bonus: $300,000
  • Base salary: $600,000(W2),$700,000 (1099)with flexible FTE options (down to 0.5 FTE). Additional compensation through voluntary extra call and flexible shift structures.Comprehensive Benefits Package:

      • Degree:MD or DO required.
      • Certifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
      • Licensure:Eligible for Iowa medical license.
      • Skillset:Proficiency in regional anesthesia preferred; option to avoid blocks if desired.
