Join Joshua Tree Experts Tampa as a Crew Leader and play a critical role in delivering safe, professional, high-quality tree care across residential and commercial properties.We're building a strong, respectful, safety-first operation in Tampa, and the people who join us early will help set the standard for how work gets done in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on executing and leading day-to-day tree care operations while working within Joshua Tree Experts' proven systems and standards.As a key member of our launch team, you'll help establish the field standards, culture, and professionalism that define our reputation as we grow. About the RoleCrew Leaders oversee daily job-site execution while working alongside their crew. This is a customer-facing role that requires clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities - including homeowners, property managers, sales arborists, and crew members.You'll be trusted to represent Joshua Tree Experts on job sites and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in a way that reflects the culture we're intentionally building in Tampa. What You'll DoLead and work alongside the tree crew performing residential and commercial tree carePerform and delegate pruning, removals, cabling, and bracingOperate lifts, loaders, chainsaws, chippers, and related equipment safelyCommunicate professionally with customers on-siteCoordinate with sales and office teams to ensure job scope alignmentMonitor equipment condition and job-site safetyPromote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork What We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of professional tree care experienceStrong understanding of safe tree care operationsAbility to climb and work safely and efficientlyComfort interacting with customers and leading crewsAbility to work effectively with different personalitiesValid driver's license (CDL-B preferred)ISA Certified Arborist preferred, but not required Training, Growth & Our CommitmentJoshua Tree Experts invests in our field leaders through paid training, continuing education, and certification support.
