More About Our Team We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. How You’ll Contribute Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT. Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines. Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment. Team‑oriented and patient‑focused with strong communication skills. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: Associate's degree from a PTA program. Rehab or acute care experience preferred. Current PTA license in state of practice. CPR certification required.
