Automotive GENERAL SALES MANAGER Employment Type: Full-time What You’ll Do As our General Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales department. You’ll be responsible for coaching, inspiring, and leading a talented team of sales professionals to meet and exceed performance goals – all while delivering an unmatched guest experience. Requirements 5+ years of automotive sales leadership experience (GSM or Sales Manager role preferred) A proven track record of growing sales volume, profitability, and team performance Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital retailing, and modern sales processes Energetic, hands‑on leader who leads by example and inspires others Committed to building long-term relationships with guests, team members, and the community High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
