The Cardiac Sonographer is responsible for providing diagnostic medical sonography services and its various clinical specialties. Additional responsibilities are required, such as maintaining proficiency with echo/ultrasound equipment, communicating with other members of the interprofessional care team, completing daily clerical tasks and providing on-call coverage as scheduled. They will serve as an ambassador for the department as well as the Center by demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

Position Highlights:

• Performs diagnostic medical sonography services and its various clinical specialties.
• Maintains proficiency with echo/ultrasound equipment.
• Communicates with other members of the interprofessional care team.
• Completes additional clerical tasks.

Credentials and Qualifications:

• Current BLS Required.
• RSCS/RCS Certified.
• Successful completion of a Echocardiography/cardiovascular education program.
• Transthoracic echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, bubble studies, administering contrast enhancing agent.

Salary Range: $42.25 - $42.25

Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
